I have been having issues with this other account since I set it up. We have never been able to complete a backup. Currently the website reports that we are using 16 GB of our our 25 and that there is not enough free space to do a complete backup. When i go to the file actions to do a purge or a restore it tells me that there have been no files backed up for this computer.

I think the account needs purged and the quota reset. Please let me know if anyone can help me out.
