Norton Online backup STILL WILL NOT WORK...Need Help..Very Frustrated

I have been trying for over 6 months to get NOBU to work properly on our clients account. And it has given us nothing but trouble.

 

I have tryed everything I can think of to correct the issue, but now I am looking for some additional help. Currently we are trying to back up about 13 GB from a single server 2003 computer. When I look at the logs over the months it reports that I has been trying to back up anywhere from 30-100GB.

 

A second issue is the free space on our account seems to decrease everytime I try a backup, even though the system currently reports that we have never backed up any files. Currently it shows we are using about 8 GB, but I am unable to purge any files. I have contacted support before and they have purged the account and reset the quote 1-2 times, but the problem still remains.

 

I need to get this issue resolved ASAP or I will need to look for another backup service.
