Dear Norton team
my Norton account is and I have the following urgent problem:
1. Due to technical problems, I had to put on my new computer
2. after retrieving and installing my Norton subscription, shows me the page that the secure computer is not online:
3. If you select in the file actions "Restore" from, is an incorrect page:
So unfortunately have no chance to get my important data.
After adding (same computer name), a new entry is created and I have not got a chance to get close the old files. Details including screenshots attached.
