I had successfully installed NOF on my daughter's computer but she locked the computer and forgot her password so I had to do a system restore to prior to when it was installed. When I try to reinstall the Norton Online Family I get an error saying the online frame work needs to be installed first, I see a bunch of people had this issue and got solutions but all the solutions were sent as private messages instead of being posted for everyone to see, please help.
