Norton Online Family installation problem - Computer's name already exists

I recently tested out "Norton Online Family" in a computer where I (administrator) and each of my sons have an account. When I installed "Norton Online Family" I created an account in order to do it.

Once I was convinced that "Norton Online Family" was what I was looking for, I formatted my computer’s hard drive, installed the OS, drivers, other software that I considered necessary, created family accounts and finally installed "Norton Online Family". When I reinstalled the “Norton Online Family” software, it asked me to sign in into my account, and then it asked me for my computer’s name. At this point I got an error stating that such computer was already registered and that I had to use a different computer’s name (please keep in mind that I do not want to change the computer’s name).

My “Norton Online Family” account is still active (as I can still log in), but my computer at home cannot longer be protected by the “Norton Online Family”.

Earlier, I logged in into my “Norton Online Family” account and looked all over the place for a tool/option that would allow me to delete the current computer registered into the account, but I had no luck.

Could you please tell me how I can delete the current computer registered into the “Norton Online Family” account, so that I can add the same computer again?

Earlier today I emailed "Ask Marian" (Norton support) for assistance, but she asked me to search for an answer at this board (http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Online-Family/bd-p/OnlineFamily). Unfortunately I did not find an answer to my issue and here I am asking for your assistance.

It is unfortunate that "Norton Online Family" does not have a feature that either at the account level allows the user to delete a computer that is already registered or at the installation level where it should allow the installer to state that this computer does already exists in the account

Best regards, Veladero.
