I'm running Windows XP, and use Firefox as my browser.
I got a message that Firefox 3.6.8 is not compatible with Norton Online Family, I had it installed but had to downgrade back to Firefox 3.5.11.
I still get warnings that Norton Online Family (NOF) has been turned off or something to that effect.
The pawprint icon for NOF is also not in my system tray.
The user for the account that I have limited is NOT turning it off himself.
I have uninstalled and re-installed NOF as suggested.
Please let me know if there is any additional info you need to help solve my issue.
