Norton Online Family Not Tracking Web Activity (Win7)

Hi,

 

My 2 sons PCs are blocking activities apparently but I get no report in the web tab. It is empty.

 

Ihave uninstalled and reinstalled several times, tried deactivating AVIRA just in case which is the only possible blocking software but still does not work.

Yes, blocking works but reporting is blank under any browser, no ad block, flash up to date.

btw, your server is extremely slow and I am getting timeouts since yesterday.

Hi entravo,

 

Have you ever seen Web activity logs at all?

 

Can you please try to uninstall (not just disable) AVIRA temporarily to see that helps?

 

As for the login issue, the issue should have been resolved.  Please try to again to see if you are still experiencing the issue.
