I have gone through many of the messages here and tried rebooting, logging out, making sure my kids' accounts are limited (in windows accounts) and checking for software conflicts. Both kids' accounts are shown as protected, and all the settings are turned on. Settings have been saved multiple times.
have a PC running windows XP home edition, version 2002 with SP2. Firefox 3.6. No other Norton products installed.
When i log in as one of my children I can access violent video games and porn. The tool is not logging any activity on either of my children.
The only functionality that seems to be working is the time limits. Can somebody help?
