Norton Online Family stops working

I noticed several days ago that Norton Online Family was not monitoring activity or blocking websites as it always has been, even though Norton Online Family is enabled on the computer.

It has been working without a problem all along. In visiting the Norton website I looked to see if there was a new version or if there was something I was missing. I did find there is a new version of Norton Internet Security to upgrade to, which I proceeded to upgrade to. I also reinstalled Norton Online Family. I finally was able to get Online Family to work.

After booting up my system today Idiscovered that once again it is not working. It is enabled on my system and I have made no changes to logging on to my system.

I tried to reproduce it using NSM 1.1.0.22, but was unable to do so.

 

Please provide the following information for the PC where the NSM is installed.

1.Type of Operating System and version(Windows XP, Vista, Mac, etc…)

2.Type of Web Browser and version(IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc)

3.Any other Symantec/Norton product installed (please provide version information)

4.Any other Anti-Virus or Security product installed (please provide version information)

I'm not running any other Anti-Virus or Security programs

 

I find it odd that it was working all along.
