I've been using Norton Online Family for some time now. I just noticed that my kids' accounts are no longer being monitored. When I go into my account online, everything looks fine. I look at my settings on Norton 360 and it says that Norton Online Family has not been configured. When I click on the link to configure it, I just go to the Norton Online Family page, and everything looks fine.
Also, I was on version 4 when I noticed it was inactive. I upgraded to version 5, thinking that would help, but I get the same message. Using Windows 7. Any suggestions?
