my norton online family/safety minder has been working ever since i first installed it about a month or two ago. However, ever since i installed Norton internet secutiy 2010, it has stopped working completely. Every time I turn on my computer, it attempts to reinstall norton online family, but I get an error message that says "The installation has encountered an error and is unable to continue" once it reaches 100 percent.
I tried uninstalling norton online family from add/remove programs but every time i click remove program, nothing happens (i dont get a popup prompting me to click continue"
Any ideas why?
