We have been using Norton 360 for years. Most recently on Windows 7 Pro. An upgrade to Windows 10 experienced too many problems to stay with it so we did a rollback to Windows 7 Pro using the provided utility. After that rollback, Norton still appears on the system but will not function. It appears that the release levels are now out of sync and the path to the code in the startup of Norton does not match the folder names now present. The shortcut specifies 22.5.4.24 while the folder name is 22.5.5.15
How can I get this situation properly synchronized? Until then, security is not running on the system.
