If NPM '04 is running while launching IE8, an error pops up saying "the memory could not be written". When you reopen IE it says a faulty add-in caused IE to crash. Exiting out of NPM fixes the problem.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Update Norton.
Thanks Captain Obvious
Since upgrading to IE8, Norton PM '04 no longer works with IE. Is there a way to view the passwords manually?

Hi Jorton,
Try to run IE8 in compatibility mode, and check whether it crashes. Just open IE8 and open Tools menu > Developer tools (F12). Under developer tools open the “Browser Mode” and change it to Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility View.

Ok, I'll give that a try.
However, is there a way to view the passwords manually then, without Internet Explorer involved at all?
