There needs to be accountability when someone opens the Norton Password Manager Vault.
Any time the vault is opened, please log:
timestamp, IP Address, Operating System, Browser, geo-location, etc.
Make that log available to the password vault owner.
(Other software companies send an e-mail with the above info if they detect a logon attempt using their software)
Yes agree. It would be very good if the owner is alerted to an attempt to open the vault.
Of course they must be logged in to your Norton account and require 2FA there if you have set it up and then also have the vault password. Several layers of protection there but I see no harm in adding more security as you suggest.
