That is normal. But what we are trying to accomplish is that the stored information is updated and correct.

So after clearing this data, does the app work any better?

 

I cleared the cache and it said 0. I turned my phone off and back on. Go back to settings and the cache is back to where it was.

The cache and app data will clear storage  used by the app.

 

Should I clear storage too?

Try going into Android Settings > Apps and scroll down to NPM. Tap on that and clear any cache and app data for NPM. Then restart your device and try logging in again.

Can you log into your vault using a PC or directly from your Norton Account at https://my.norton.com  ?

I waited a few days to respond to see if all was good.
I’m still getting messages that either " no logins found" or incorrect username or password. These are coming from my norton password manager.

Let us know if things start working as they did before.

Thanks for the info. Just a model number does not always help identify a device for someone like me that does not research all mobile devices on the market.

So the manufacturer is using a proprietary version of Android OS. So it could explain what you are seeing. If NPM was recently updated, the changes may have bumped into the proprietary code in the OS that did not happen in earlier versions, that now causes a change in the functionality of NPM.

Does NPM not fill in login info at all, or is is just not auto filling? What browser are you using?

Try looking for any battery optimization settings for NPM in the Android Settings. If you find settings for NPM, turn it off.

Model is a One Plus A1630. Don’t know what else you need. I really want your help. Don’t know what other information to give you.

Why are you hesitant to tell us what device you are using, I have asked 3 times already? This might help determine if it might be a device specific issue.

I would assume you would have had a notification when a major OS update is available. At least that has been my experience. If you do not remember seeing a notification, this may not apply to you.

I’m using version 10. Yes, it was working fine for me until a little while ago.
