Dears, I am so much satisfied by NIS and it is one the best products amongst others. It concerns either virus protection or this efficient various support. Only one issue troubles me. I would find another word for this but I fail. I mean real fraud. Once trying to have online support via chat I spent very much time and finally was suggested to buy extra service. By the way for the price of three years NIS licence.
Today I took time to support Symantec by giving my feedback filling received survey. After spending my time I was suggested to install Norton PC Checkup. I hesitated for some time thinking what extra protection I can have. As I trust Symanytec I finally make the decision to install it and again it turned to be fraudulent issue... This programm "analyzed" my computer configuration reported that I can speed it up and suggested to buy extra product which I need by no means.
Guys, that's up to you to transform to a normally bank/insurance company/financial service and start to earn good money deceiving your clients but I would be personnaly very disappointed when you become like Kaspersky was just a defence program simulator and not real leaders in the business branch.
