I just purchased Norton Internet Security 2010. Inside was a leaf that said I could go to Norton.com/FreeCheckup to scan my computer. I installed it (or so I thought) and nothing happened when I tried to run the scan. Nothing - no error message - nothing. I checked my event viewer under Security and got these error messages:

PCCUJobMgr
The description for Event ID 35 from source PCCUJobMgr cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on anothr computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
