I have recently taken over a secretarial position in a church. When I try to open Internet Explorer, I must turn off my Norton personal firewall for Explorer to open. I am told that it used to log on just fine but I may have clicked to update Windows at some time and caused the problem. Does anyone have any advice as to what I can try?
