I am currently running Windows 8.1 and just renewed my Norton subscription last month. EVERY day - at least 3-4 times a day I get a notification that I need to reboot my computer so that Norton can finish clearing threats. And just about every day Norton tells me that I am infected with Trojan.Kotver.!gm2 and that not only do they need to FIX it but then I have to reboot. Am sick and tired of restarting my computer 3-4 times a day and obviously they haven't gotten rid of the Trojan. I don't do much surfing at all but instead check Yahoo and gmail email, use Facebook and work in Paint Shop Pro so it's not like I'm picking up viruses all over the place. H-E-L-P !!! I've already chatted with Norton Support who wanted access to my computer but refused to give me an employee ID.
