Norton Pop ups and Spamming Paid Members

I will NOT be renewing my subscription to Norton - after roughly 20 yrs of buying it due to the pop ups and ads embedded into their software

I paid for Premium services and this was never like it is now.

I will be actively searching for antivirus solutions that dont include BS pop ups and offers

If we wanted it we could go and buy it we're not children

Its sad to see, when I know I havent had viruses and I am all over the web,

but every single time It boots there is a pop up trying to sell me yet another service

Try sending a Thank you email for purchasing and list the offers there maybe half way through the yr send one more and at renewal time I could accept this...

However the level you have stooped too is astounding.

Your product was and in my mind is still the best on the Market its ashamed to see you ruin what you had with loyal customers such as myself while you are dismissive of our complaints and ramp up even more

No wonder you dont offer Email Support

You would get thousands all stating the same thing.

STOP OR LOOSE CUSTOMERS...

Simple and Im clearly not the only one.

Settings > Administrative Settings > Special Offer Notifications > Off > Apply.

there is a setting not on my pc at moment and cant think of exact spot to verify

think its under antivirus first button ( top) scroll down to middle area says something along the lines of special offers or close to that turn that off

I agree. After using Norton's for decades, I have had it with them as well.  Last year I removed auto renewal because the price jumped up and subscribing to a new account was only $49.99.  This year I can't get it for that price, for loyal subscribers the price nearly tripled.  Not good marketing so I will seek anti-virus software elsewhere.  Sorry and sad to leave Norton after so many years.  Maybe in time their bean counters will get the word, huh?
