I am partially sighted and as such I use the built in Windows screen magnifier (specifically the lens option) and whenever a pop up appears in the bottom right hand corner, the magnifier just shows what is behind of pop up. And as such, I have no idea what is is saying. This is extremely frustrating.
And, there seems to be no way to contact them to complain about this. No contact email, number or anything. I have to use this forum to do so in the hope that they will look at this. I think when it comes to renewal, I will have to look elsewhere.
