Issue abstract:Norton arrogance-- I decided to quit norton and now I can’t remove a norton pop up.
Detailed description: Because of the actions of the current US president, his bullying, arrogance, lying about trade with Canada and disrespect I decided to stop using an American anti virus. Norton offered me 20%, then 40% off to stay. I declined and now I have a Norton pop up on my screen with no navigation that I can find telling me I have 5 days left to some sort of disaster. I can’t get rid of this thing. They managed to charge my credit card when the card information they had was out of date. They did not have my current expiry date or 3 digit number from the back of the card. I was able to cancel the charge with the card company.
