But, I don't see that NIS is in Beta. Can I use this NPE beta with a licensed version [21.+] of NIS? I am not clear on this.

Please see my prior posts in this thread. Thanks. If you are not clear about using a beta tool like Norton Power Eraser, then I definitely wouldn't try using it.  Any Beta program should only be used on a test machine and you should be able to handle Beta program if you are going to try it..
