I am very disappointed with Tech Support to resolve this issue. This morning, I spent 3.5 hours in a chat session with 2 representatives. First, the wait time of 20 minutes for each session is unacceptable. The initial representative, Rajeev, actually rebooted me and disconnected the session upon startup. The 2nd representative, Malay Jana, stuck with the issue, but could not resolve and now it is going to a Senior Engineer within 24 hours. As a long-time customer, I'm done when my subscription expires in 67 days. Thanks for wasting 3.5 hours of my time this morning.
