I had a problem with someone emailing from my contact list without my authorization. Norton suggested using Norton Power Eraser , which I downloaded.. It seems like it removed rikvm 09ec60124.sys .. But when I rerun Power Eraser it still detects and removes but it always shows up when it rescans...so I am thinking it is not really fixing the problem, although it says it is..
