I wanted to try Norton Power Eraser the adavance featuer Norton has to offer. Basically, first option I clicked Scan for risks. Then it has two other options. Include Root scan and Exclude root scan. Root scan needs a restart and when I do restart nothing happens my Laptop loads up the desktop and thats about it meaning everything is good right?. So basically, that was all for Root scan.?? And I have to again go to Norton Power Eraser and now choose Exlude root scan to scan my deep files?
