Norton Power Eraser says my RUNDLL32.EXE file is BAD?!?

Hi there!

I ran Norton Power Eraser system scan and the result said that this file was bad:

C:\WINDOWS\WINSXS\X86_MICROSOFT-WINDOWS-RUNDLL32_31BF3856AD364E35_6.1.7600.16385_NONE_D7DBA7B30C3E2855\RUNDLL32.EXE

I did not apply the fix but did submit it to Norton.

That doesn't really make sense to me as I know this to be a legitimate Windows file soooo... Help?

Is this a False Positive??

Thanks in advance!
