I have faced a problem that I am not able to solve it; I have Norton Internet Security, recently I have confronted with a problem in this sense that when I am going to use Norton Power Eraser(NPE) option of NIS scan, the NPE does not appear to perfume the scan after re-starting the PC, and so, I must go to the Services.msc and to let it work from NPEServic point,there the Services.msc tells that the NPE will be stopped after using, this problem is only in normal state, it works well in safe mode, I have uninstalled and re-installed my NIS for several times but the problem still exists , my PC is absolutely clean from any malware; I proved it with several free sofwares like Malwarebyte anti-malware, Kasperskay free scan, Kaspersky anti Toolkit malware including that one of the Norton by remote(chat contact); there is not any security problem, I use Advanced SystemCare Pro to fix my PC, all drivers are updated using Driver Booster, I also carried out a scan with sfc/scannow by command prompt but my OS is all right..could you help me to solve the above problem , please?
