I ran a scan using Norton Power Eraser and it found two infected files. It said that it would remove them after restarting my PC. I restarted it and afterwards, NPE said it failed to remove the infected files. What am I supposed to do?
And I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't exactly sure where to post it.

Why were you running NPE? Was the system behaving strangely?
What were the files that NPE was trying to remove?
As NPE is very powerful tool, you may be lucky it did not remove them, It sometimes identifies Windows system files as bad, leaving you with an unbootable system.
