I've contacted the computer I want to scan to the internet, but when I boot with the NBRT, the Power Eraser option is enabled but when I click it I get a loading screen that lasts a few seconds and then nothing happens.
Please explain how I can get Power Eraser to work. Also, where do I find the PIN? (This seems different from the Product Key.)
