You are going to start loosing customers fast if this is not addressed soon. I have a client who has the newest Office 2016 on a Windows 10 Laptop. When his Outlook starts receiving emails it does not download. My competition came to their Office and uninstalled Norton and all started to work again.
Now the client sits without antivirus and we have a trust issue. Boys, this is bad and need to be addressed ASAP.
I’m having a similar issue. I have used my gmail account in Windows 10 (early adopter), office 365 home, using Outlook for years. Since installing Windows 10, I have had “com addin” issues that eventually resolved itself. Mid July 2016 I had the same thing happen but I can’t fix it. Been through all the suggestions for fixing with no result. Here are some errors Norton is coming up with: Date & Time,Risk,Activity,Status,Recommended Action,Category
