Currently can only create or access email masks on Window and Mac. There needs to be a way to access these on Android and IOS. Perhaps as an extension in the Android/IOS anti-track browser. emails support these IF you have them on these devices, but without previously having created them and added them first on windows/mac and copying them, you have no access to them.

Hello @tns
Norton Private Email feature is not available on Android or iOS devices . It is a component of Norton AntiTrack, which currently only supports Windows and macOS desktop operating systems.
If you are looking for Norton-branded security tools for your mobile device, you have two primary options:
Norton Safe Email: Available via the Norton 360 mobile app for Android and iOS. Rather than masking your email address, it links to your existing inbox (like Gmail or Outlook) to scan and flag malicious attachments or phishing scams.
Norton Private Browser: A dedicated mobile browser app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It prevents ad trackers and conceals your digital footprint while browsing, though it does not include email masking features.
Mobile Email Masking Alternatives
If you specifically need to generate masked email aliases on your phone, you can use built-in mobile ecosystem tools:
iOS Users: If you have an iCloud+ subscription, you can use the built-in Hide My Email feature directly through iOS settings to generate unlimited unique, random email addresses that forward to your personal inbox.
Android / Cross-Platform Users: Third-party privacy-focused tools like Bitwarden , DuckDuckGo Email Protection , or Firefox Relay offer official mobile applications or browser extensions capable of creating masked email aliases on the fly.
It is technically possible—but from a development perspective, it is a major engineering hurdle for a third-party app.
Since competitors like Bitwarden and Firefox Relay managed to build mobile-friendly masking tools, Norton could do it too if they dedicated the resources.
