Norton problem with the InciWeb.NWCG.GOV website

Hello Norton,

I  need help and do not know how to contact Norton (no email info, no contact info), so I am going to try this forum and hope that this issue gets Norton's attention.

With the wildfire season in full swing this summer, people who live near these fires need to be able to access a government website that monitors all the wildfires.  The website is http:// inciweb . nwcg . gov/   It is a collaboration between all the fire agencies in the United States, such as U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Fire Administration, and National Wildfire Coordinating Group.  For the rest of the email, I am going to refer to the website as INCIWEB.  It lists all fires in the United States.  You can search by state or the name of the fire.  Each fire report has a map of the fire as well as data (fire forecast, weather forecast, personnel used, equipment used, types of fuel used that the fire is primarily feeding off on,etc.).  It also includes containment information as well as strategy in extinguishing the fire.  Apparently, that's very important information.

Yet, some people have reported getting a message via Norton Safe Web saying that the INCIWEB has a Trojan program in it.  Here is the link to the Norton website.  https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=http:%2F%2Finciweb.nwcg.gov%2Fincident%2F4538%2F&product=other&version=22.5.2.15&lang=0901&source=toolbar

When I clicked on the "Threat Report" option, it said that the threat was a Trojan.  Upon further research, I discovered some comments one of Norton's forums that showed other people having the same issue.  https://safeweb.norton.com/reviews/289670

I tried to find the contact information for the INCIWEB webmaster, but none was to be found.  I am hoping that Norton knows some people who would know who the INCIWEB IT people are and contact them and find a way to fix the problem.  I find it hard to believe that a .gov website would hide a Trojan and when you read the program that Norton has deemed to be dangerous, there's something in there about auto backup.  Am not sure if the website is designed to back itself up after so much time.  I don't want to copy and paste the Trojan program into here because it could potentially be dangerous.

The INCIWEB is a very valuable tool and it would be so tragic to see so many people being told not to use it by Norton Safe Web because of the threat of a "very low risk" Trojan.  Please get it fixed, either on the Norton side or the INCIWEB side.

Please, please, please help.

Thank you.
