I am unable to run norton 360 on my iPhone 6 or my iPad 4 due to so issues any ideas how I can overcome this problem?
You cannot run Norton 360 on mobile devices. What you need to look for in the Apple App Store app is Norton Mobile Security, NMS. Download that and when you sign into your Norton Account during the installation process, you will be activating NMS using your 360 subscription.
