If I want to use the shortcut key for search within the Norton product (Ctrl F), my Norton product has to have focus. What does this mean? How does my Norton product get focus?
An app requiring focus means the app must the the active window on top of all other apps on your screen. You need to click anywhere in the Norton window, then the Crtl F will work.
