I have purchased a product and Norton tech was not at all helpful. More over i have paid for 5 user licence and didn't realise they don't stand back with there own product. I want the teach to call me back, he was arrogant and with poor customer service skills. He simply said i can't make a call back, and informed me they having trouble. i asked for a refund and he just keeps me hanging there. Is this the standard and benchmark that Norton is keeping. I am work in NZ Govt public relation and i will make sure people know this is a ripoff and more over ask my fellow colleagues and family to move to other antivirus company. I hope someone can help to get my money back.
