I'll make a long story short:
A while back I signed up for the Norton Identity Protection thing, however messed up with an important detail, so I called Customer Service and said they would fix it things up, however they mentioned they would have to "delete the account from the Identity Protection", which shouldn't affect the account I have with my Norton device.
...Come today, and I wake up to find Norton saying the automatic renew was cancelled.So I try to fix this to have it back on "Automatic renew" and enter the product key only for the bloody website to say "We're unable to validate the Norton product key you entered."
Is this an issue everyone's having? Because I noticed some people complaining about the automatic renew system going wonky. I also checked My Norton program for any issues and nothing's changed: It still says Active and doesn't mention a "trial" flair as seen on the device section of my account.
Help?
