Hii. I need help. i purchased a Norton product 15days before (Norton Antivirus Plus) for 899 Rupees from your website. my money is debited from my bank account but did not received key or any payment conformation email from Norton. Also it is not showing in my purchase history. please help!....

Are you only waiting 20 minutes before cancelling the chat? People are waiting hours. Wait times for phone and chat are very high now due to the reduced staffing due to the Covid pandemic
