After joining the forum I realize I am not the only one frustrated with your product. I am sure most of us want something that protects us from the weak minded chumps out there that have nothing better to do than try and invade our computers and create mayhem. Unfortunately along with the good service you do provide we get all this other stuff constantly screwing around in the background which interferes with using our computers. I invest a lot of time making HD movies and nothing is more aggravating when setting the wheels in motion to create the disc which can take 2 hours or more to check on my computer and find it locked up and a pop up in the corner saying Norton is conducting background checks. I downloaded 360v5 recently and now in the middle of editing up pops a message saying one of my processors was working at 100 %. Who cares! Is it going to blow up? I did locate an out which states I can stop this nonsense for a set time. However most of us are fairly computer literate so would not a simple prompt to remind us we should take a specific action be sufficient?
