Norton products delete our products and bring false alarm

Hi.

We're vendors of ActMask Virtual Printer family. Your Norton products (360, Norton Internet Security 2009 and  Norton AntiVirus 2009) report one component of our product - printctl.exe has high risk, stop it running and delete it.

The printctrl.exe only gets information of printers, deletes temporary virtual printers auto created in session on Windows Terminal Server for supporting Windows Terminal servings and deletes temporary spooling file created by Windows printing system. So it's safe and no risk. We think your team should re-check it, remove it from high risk list.
