Norton products distribution in Croatia

Maybe this is offtopic message, but still I hope you will redirect this message to someone who can help.

Below is e-mail I sent on cis@symantec.com,  license@symantec.com, partnerus@symantec.com.

Some responded but with suggestion to call number in US.

Since I prefer to communicate in english written way I really hope you can redirect this message to someone in Norton/Symantec helpdesk who will reply on my e-mail.

Hi!

My name is Boris Bahes and I've recently opened small IT company specialized for working with small business.
I am interested in making an offer to them to switch to Symantec/Norton solution.
At the moment I'm trying to find out a way to purchase Norton and Symantec products for small businesses in Croatia but using online services.
I found http://www.teezsoft.com/ but it doesn't offer Endpoint solution for businesses with more than five PC's.
Also I'm pretty confused as to why this site has so low prices on your Norton products. Is this site legal to sell your licenses with so low prices?
I say this because I'm disappointed in your distributor in Croatia, Recro d.d. with slow response and high prices of ONLY retail boxed versions of Norton products.
I have high opinion on Symantec and Norton products and so I decided to offer your products to business in Croatia.
But your prices in Recro d.d. are much higher than any other competition. Also having been disappointed with low quality offer from Recro d.d. I decided to contact other antivirus company distributor in Croatia and found out that it's more professional and has lower prices to offer and I get to use download version and not retail box.
Entire process of buying license and installing it can take in like 2 hours!!
Since I would really love to offer Symantec/Norton as better alternative I would really love for you to recommend me a way to buy your products in Croatia in fast online way.
Also, since I didn't know which mail to address my problem to I used three I found on your Partner - Contact us page (http://www.symantec.com/partners/support/contact-us.jsp).
