I bought Norton 360 Advanced in January in Switzerland.
I am now in Spain and want to activate the product with the new product key.
I have tried it several times, but always get the error message:
"Norton Produkteschlüssel in Ihrem Land nicht unterstützt - Product Key not valid in your country"
What can I do to activate it?
Message: "This product key is not supported for the country registered to your Norton account"

It sounds like you may have purchased your Norton from an online source in a different country than where you live. Maybe you had a VPN set for another country??? Norton geo locks their products for legal or political reasons. You will need to contact Norton Support to request they change your subscription to one for your region. Contact Norton Support
