Installed Norton yesterday. Now find that it prohibits the attachment of files to outgoing AOL mail (from AOL's web site). It locks the computer so that the machine has to be rebooted. Using Windows Vista, Internet explorer, www.aol.com, on 64 bit dual processor machine. Changing the setting on Norton for outgoing mail tp no protection did not help. Using a wireless connection to the Internet.
Attempted to use Norton's built-in Help and Support but that software failed, sending notification to Microsoft.
Anyone have an answer?
