Norton Quarantined Registry file infected with trojan horse, now computer isn't working.

Hello,

I had a registry file that has been infected with a trojan horse.  As a result, Norton Quarantined it and now my computer does not work properly.  Upon windows startup I get the error message: (C:\Documents and Settings\tammy yax\ localsettings\ApplicationData\XDNsoft\aqReporter.dll) failed.invalid access to memory location.

Unfortunately, my computer needs this file to run successfully.  It's a RegSVR32 file.  Without it my internet is laggy and internet applications run incredibly slowly or not at all.  Any ideas how to fix this?  Norton gives the option to take the file out of quarantine, but I don't want to with the trojan on it.
