I've used Norton Security for 17+ years. Currently, I've been on the phone to 4 different phone contact numbers, on a "chat" with Norton Customer Service, Talked to a supervisor, etc., etc. and been "ON HOLD" on the Rebate Center phone contact number just to get the answer to one simple question> "Clarification on one piece of documentation to submit for a Norton Rebate"
It's impossible to get an answer and NO ONE will answer the rebate phone number. I've been "On Hold" for so long 4 times, that I've been disconnected by Norton.
