I am a licensed user of NAV 2009. I am trying to run the Norton Recovery Tool but when I enter my license key and click I agree I get a popup that says (please enter valid license key) I already entered the same key I used to activate my Norton product back in september 2008, since it is a valid key why wont the Recovery Tool accept it?
