Norton Remote website detecting an "error" every time I visit it

If I go to www.norton.com/remote, I am greeted by a screen that it has detected an error on my Norton software.  I ran Norton support from my Norton software and no error was found.  The same message also greets me when I visit the page on a machine without Norton installed.

 

Also, I see the following error in the bottom of the screen:
