When I try to run the Norton removal tool it comes back saying that it is expired. System date/time is correct and it points to url http://www.symantec.com/nrexpired which just leads to a page not found message. Can you please advise or update the tool? This occurs regardless of the OS or product installed (or previously installed).
EDIT: Now the tool shows http://www.symantec.com/nrtexpired which is a valid url but it still comes up expired on even that version.
