Had NAV 2011 trial installed on WIn7 x64 Home Premium and uninstalled it. Downloaded removal tool from ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe yet the application does not show a GUI. It is running in the background. Have tried running the EXE as administrator no difference.
