I am trying to use the Norton removal tool to remove IS 2010 (because I downloaded it in the wrong languge!) and then reinstall it.
When I try and run it it tells me that I have Symantec ACT installed on the computer and I need to remove it first. ACT certainly used to be installed on the computer but I thought I'd uninstalled it. It's not showing in add/remove programmes.
Had this happen before with WinFax and that involved removing some Delrina files from the registry but not sure what to look for with ACT.
Anyone got any ideas?
